Step 1: Register
Open the following URL in your browser:
Choose the Sign Up link, and enter your:
Email Address - your email address. Note: Free email providers like "gmail.com" are not allowed. This field is Required.
Press Continue.
Password - minimum of 8 characters, 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 numeric and/or 1 special character. This field is Required.
First Name - enter your first name. This field is Required.
Last Name - enter your last name. This field is Required.
Press Continue.
Verify your email address. Click on the link in the email received. Then return to the application and a new account will be created. NOTE: If you are registering with an email domain that already exists in the system, then you'll be asked to choose the account you would like to join.
Note: Since you are the first user to register in your account, you will automatically be the Owner of the account and therefore have access to all of the administrative functions. After inviting team members, you can promote other users to have Administrator access, or even Owner access, along with other roles such as Billing, Editor and Reader. All of your users will belong to your account, and, users are allowed to join other accounts as well.
During registration a new account was automatically created for you. Your account will be named with your first name followed by "Account" (for ex: "Steve's Account"). To change the name of your account, from the right hand navigation menu, select Account settings and change the name on the General tab.
Next, select and pay for a Subscription. From the right hand navigation menu, select Billing and then select Plans and choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs (note that subscriptions will be renewed automatically on an annual basis). Choose Continue and then you will need to setup a default payment method so follow the steps and fill out the form accordingly. Choose Pay Now and you are now enrolled in the plan selected. From this same page you can (optionally) select Add-Ons to add to your subscription.
Congratulations! You have successfully completed the on-boarding process. As the Owner, you can now invite team members, generate PlantUML diagrams, manage your account, and much, much more!
