Manage subscription, billing contact, payment method and view invoices
On the Billing page, you can:
Manage your subscription
Manage your billing contact
Manage your payment method on file
View & download Invoices
Overview tab
Here we display the subscription / plan your account is in, the total number of seats (users that can be in the account), the next invoice issue date, and the billing team members (includes the Owner and any team member with the Billing role).
Select Update contact info to update the billing contact of the subscription.
To download and view an invoice, select the Download link for the invoice in the Invoice section of the page. The file will be downloaded to the "downloads" folder of your computer.
To make modifications to your subscription, choose Update plan or select the Plans tab.
Plans tab
On the plans page you can manage your current subscription. If you choose to join a new plan, the old subscription will remain active until it expires. You may also cancel your subscription as well by choosing Cancel plan. Cancelled plans will remain active until they expire (one year from the original subscription start date).
Here you can also add additional seats.
And, if applicable, you can choose Ad-On modules to add to your subscription.
Payment methods tab
In order to enter into a subscription, you set up a default payment method. Your default payment method will be used for recurring charges, such as the annual renewal of your subscription. To make changes to that payment method, simply select the Payment methods tab and then choose Change payment method, make the appropriate changes, and select Save payment method. You can also change to another payment method (credit card and ACH are currently available).
