Authority Document Details

There are three tabs of information that display the details of an Authority Document:

Details - displays the following:

1. Official Name

2. Unique ID

3. Additional properties such as: synonyms, originator, type, effective date, and the date of mapping

Citations and Mandates - displays the following:

1. Citation Reference

2. Citation Guidance

3. Citation Unique ID

4. For each Citation, the applicable Mandate(s) will be displayed with its Unique ID, Tagged text, and related Control ID

Show Tags - utilize this option to show/display tags in the tagged mandate text, or, to hide them

Show Mandates Only - utilize this option to show/display mandates only, or, to hide them

Controls - displays the following:

1. Control Name

2. Control Unique ID

Select the "X" in the upper right hand corner of this page to return to the main My Frameworks page.

Common Control Details

From the My Frameworks tab, to view more details of a common control, select the action menu "..." next to the name and then select View Details. For more information, continue to the next page.
